Escape to the Paso Robles countryside at Refugio Estate—a private five-acre wine-country retreat featuring both Refugio Casa and Refugio Casetta. With Spanish-inspired character, rustic charm and a peaceful, bucolic setting, this unique estate offers plenty of room to gather, relax and enjoy the laid-back Central Coast lifestyle.

Sleeping up to 22 guests between the two homes, Refugio Estate is especially well suited for multi-family gatherings, milestone celebrations, reunions and wine-country weekends with friends. Best of all, you'll enjoy the feeling of a secluded country getaway while being just 5 minutes from downtown Paso Robles.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS — SLEEPS 22

With seven bedrooms and multiple gathering spaces between the Casa and Casetta, the estate gives larger groups the opportunity to stay together while still enjoying plenty of personal space.

Refugio Casa — Main House, 5 Bedrooms
• Primary suite with king bed, private bath, soaking tub & walk-in shower
• Two additional en suite bedrooms (king + queen) on the main level
• Two lower-level bedrooms: one queen room and a spacious bunk/media room with two full-over-full bunks + sofa sleeper

Refugio Casetta — Guest House, 2 Private Suites
• Two king suites (Oak & Barn), each with en suite bath, wet bar, private entrance, deck & fire pit
• Oak Suite includes a soaking tub, while both suites offer beautifully appointed private baths

All bedrooms include comfortable linens and thoughtful amenities for a relaxing stay in the country.

Refugio Estate was made for spending time together. Across both homes, you'll find an abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces where your group can gather for meals, conversation, games or simply a quiet glass of wine at the end of the day.

Refugio Casa features beautiful vaulted ceilings, multiple living areas with fireplaces and a large dining space for 10+. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a generous island and everything needed to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a memorable group dinner.

The Casetta provides another full kitchen, large island with bar seating, dining for 10 and a comfortable living area with a 65" Smart TV—giving larger groups another place to cook, dine and gather.

The outdoor spaces are one of the highlights of Refugio Estate. Surrounded by the natural beauty and open feel of the Paso Robles countryside, the five-acre property invites guests to slow down and enjoy the area's wonderful climate.

And when you're ready for a change of scenery, head west to explore the beautiful Central Coast. Cayucos, Cambria and Morro Bay make wonderful day trips, allowing you to combine a Paso Robles wine-country getaway with California's spectacular coastline.

You will be required to sign a Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement when booking this property. By booking, you are agreeing to pay a non-refundable Property Damage Protection insurance fee of $33 (or $25) per night, providing coverage for property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. Further details regarding this insurance are provided in your Digs Vacation Rentals rental agreement.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS

Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected by exterior security cameras. These cameras are used to help protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the home.

PET RULES
No pets on the furniture at any time.
Pets may not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
Guests must clean up after their pets outside.
$100 pet fee. Maximum of 2 dogs. Sorry, no cats.
