SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Thoughtfully designed across two levels, Refugio Casa offers both relaxation and comfort for every guest.
Main Level
The primary suite is a serene sanctuary featuring a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Enjoy dual vanities and a luxurious Jacuzzi tub overlooking the pool and spa, plus a walk-in shower. Plush bathrobes complete the experience.
Two additional en suite bedrooms are also located on the main floor:
• Bedroom Two features a king-size bed and a full en suite bath.
• Bedroom Three offers a queen-size bed and a full en suite bath.
Bedrooms include dedicated workspaces, perfect for guests who need to stay connected.
Lower Level
Downstairs, you’ll find two more generously sized bedrooms, both with direct outdoor access:
• Bedroom Four features a queen-size bed and shares a full bathroom.
• Bedroom Five is ideal for families or kids, offering two full-over-full bunk beds, a queen-size sofa sleeper, a work desk and an entertainment area.
All bedrooms feature hotel-quality luxury linens, luggage racks, and thoughtfully appointed comforts. All bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers and premium essentials.

Just beyond the entry is the formal dining room, anchored by a table seating 10+ guests beneath a statement chandelier. A buffet and built-in china cabinet with original leaded glass provide both beauty and functionality for hosting memorable meals.
At the heart of the home is the chef’s gourmet kitchen, designed for entertaining. Highlights include:

The outdoor experience continues with a covered lower patio—an ideal setting for poolside lunches, relaxed evening gatherings, or playing bocce ball in the lighted court.

By booking you are agreeing to pay a Property Damage Protection non-refundable insurance fee of $33 (or $25)/night to cover any property damages up to $10,000 with $1,000,000 (or $100,000) in personal liability coverage. USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS – Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.

RULES for PET:
1.) No pets on the furniture EVER!
2.) No pets left inside the home unattended, unless crated.
3.) You must clean up after your pet does his business outside!
4.) Pet fee $100 (2 dogs maximum, sorry no cats)

Refugio Casa is the main residence on a five-acre estate. A separate guest house may also be occupied during your stay. Each residence has its own designated outdoor areas to help preserve guest privacy.
