Located in Templeton's highly desirable westside, this newly updated barn unit has easy access to all of Paso Robles Wine Country's top wineries. Just minutes from Turley Wine Cellars, Rotta and Venteux Vineyards. Right off the 101, it has easy access to 46W and is just minutes to Trader Joe's and downtown Templeton.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master bedroom features a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is adorned with very stylist country chic decor and a desk (if you must work). This barn has excellent hi-speed Internet.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING SPACES
The open concept living space has a comfy couch and side chair with enough seating for 4. A 36" SmartTV (outfitted with Roku) is ready to stream all your favorite shows. Don't forget your Netflix account number! Open to the living room and kitchen, the dining area has a solid wood table with seating for 4. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. A full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and plenty of serviceware add to the complement of kitchen gear.
The peninsula has four wooden stools for the guests to hang at while entertaining the chef.

Central heat and air conditioning, along with a large ceiling fan in the great room keep you comfortable year round.

Wake up to the rooster crowing, while sipping on a cup of coffee. Rock on the swing on the large deck while watching the sunrise. Or sip and savor a Paso blend to a beautiful sunset. This is true country livin'. Can't you just smell the bacon cookin'? Get a true respite from your busy city life and enjoy the country life and star-filled skies.

THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You could not be in a better, more central and convenient location to hit up some of Paso's most prestigious wineries on the famed Westside. You are just 3 minutes to downtown Templeton, 7 minutes to downtown Paso and 30 minutes to other Central Coast destinations: Cambria, Pismo Beach, and downtown San Luis Obispo. There is easy access to 101, which makes your day trips a breeze.

PROVISIONS

Trader Joe's is a half mile away along with J & R Meats which offers local grass-fed beefs and other meats. In the same shopping plaza is Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant and Merry Hill Coffee shop for you java junkies. In downtown Templeton is Nature's Touch Nursery & Harvest, a fully-organic grocery store with provisions from local farmers. Larger grocery stores include Albertson's and Food For Less, both about 7 miles in either direction off the 101.

RESTAURANTS
For a small town, Templeton provides lots of eating out options. McPhee's is top on the list and perfect for that special occasion. Ian (McPhee) cooks up fantastic farm-to-table fare. Other local flavor includes K’s Kitchenette and Ja (wood-fired cooked burgers, salads and lots of TVs for viewing sports). Enjoy a glass of wine and an appetizer or cheese platter at 15 Degrees Wine Bar before or after dinner. To start your day, you can't go wrong with Joe's for an All-American breakfast or The Kitchen for a bit more gourmet breakfast or lunch delicacies.

After you've exhausted the Templeton restaurants, the Paso restaurants are also outstanding. What's your pleasure: Italian, Irish, French, Mexican, Asian, Argentinean, Organic or Seafood? Paso has them all and more. There's even a new Speak Easy in town, called Eleven Twenty-Two. You're in wine and foodie heaven.

ACTIVITIES
There is so much to do on the Central Coast. Of course there is wine tasting and wine events. But once the taste buds need a break, there are so many other activities near by. Golf anyone? Paso Robles Golf Course is a great course for the novice. The more serious golfer might try Hunter Ranch. There are dozen other courses around the area as well. While the guys are golfing there are plenty of spas for the ladies for a day of beauty treatments. Take in a concert at the Vina Robles Amphitheater. There is not a bad seat in the gorgeous 2500 seat music venue. For the more adventurous types, there are plenty of hiking trails and a zip line to amp up the adrenaline.

Venture out to the local towns. Go antiquing in Cambria. Visit the Elephant Seals and Hearst Castle in San Simeon. Collect shells on Moonstone Beach. Drive an ATV on the beach at the Oceano Dunes. Check out the fantastic Farmer's Markets - Saturdays in downtown Templeton and Thursday nights in San Luis Obispo. Days of endless fun awaits you on the Central Coast.

FOR THOSE WHO BRING THEIR PETS, WE HAVE A FEW RULES:
1.) No pets on any furniture ever!
2.) No pets can be left unattended inside the house unless in a crate.
3.) You must clean up after they do their business outside.
4.) There is a $100 pet fee.
