POOL HEATING
• There is a $500 fee to have the pool heated. We need 24 hours in advance to get the temperature up in time for your arrival.

PET POLICY
• Up to 2 small dogs-40lbs or less ($100 fee)
• No pets on furniture
• No unattended pets unless crated
• Clean-up required

BABY EQUIPMENT
• Pack ’n Play + High Chair available
($40 for both | $25 each – 24-hour advance notice required)
